风格怪异，本是典型警匪片，却努力往文艺风格靠，将犯罪诗意浪漫化，导致男女主演和整片格格不入很割裂。另外人物动机不合常理。结尾让人一头雾水。片子处处都能看出是在重庆拍的，就是看不出具体地点，我只认出皇冠大扶梯枇杷山三院巴蜀老校门。
